We’re able to transfer files from video camcorders and recording devices.
We charge a $25 set up fee and $15 per camcorder/recording device.
Supplied by you or purchase through PipeWolf Media.
We provide a shareable Dropbox link to your digital files (suitable for orders until 30GB in total, link will expire after 30-days).
To transfer your video camcorder and recording devices we may need to use a software to extract the data that’s stored on there. This can take a few minutes, a few hours or even a few days depending on the condition of the camcorder or recording device and how many different softwares we need to use to extract the data.
Once we’ve transferred the files from the camcorder we then need to copy the files onto to your USB/hard drive, depending on the size of the file this can take a little while. Generally we’d allow for a few days to complete an order of multiple camcorder/recording device transfers.
If you need your video camcorders and recording devices transferred quickly please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate tight deadlines
There are so many video camcorders and recording devices that have been on the market over the past 30-years, it’s hard to put a comprehensive list together or what we can and can’t transfer from.
In general, if you have the power cable for the device, then even if it’s something we haven’t transferred before, we most likely can transfer files from it.
The best thing to do is to get in touch, let us know what you have, and we’ll take a look and confirm if we can transfer files from it or not.
Unfortunately we don’t offer a discount for large orders.

When we’re not out filming, our office hours are 10am – 6pm Monday – Friday.
