We’re able to scan photos up to A3 size.
We charge a $25 set up fee and $1 per photo.
Each photo is scanned at a high resolution and saved as a JPG file.

We provide a shareable Dropbox link to your digital files (suitable for orders until 30GB in total, link will expire after 30-days).
To transfer your photos we scan each photo individually. It’s a very manual process, ensuring photos are scanned at the correct orientation and returned to their correct storage box after scanning.
Each photo takes around 2-mins to scan, we then need to crop and export the file in our editing software.
Generally we’d allow a couple of weeks to complete an order of over 100 photos, but smaller orders have shorter turnaround times.
If you need your photos scanned quickly please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate tight deadlines
Unfortunately we don’t offer a discount for large orders.
Yes, we’d love to edit your scanned photos into a slideshow with music.
We often have clients ask us to do this for upcoming parties, special events and funerals.

Great questions – As a rule-of-thumb, most photo are around 1MB once transferred.
It’s important to keep in mind that the actual storage space on a USB or hard drive is usually around 80%, as a rule of thumb, of what was advertised. That means if you have an 8GB USB you may only be able to fit 7GB of data on there.

When we’re not out filming, our office hours are 10am – 6pm Monday – Friday.

We can also pick up photos anywhere in the Illawarra or orders can be posted to our office.
