We had the wonderful pleasure of working with the team at Casamia Lingerie to create a website video that showcases all the features and services they have to offer. When we’re creating a website video for local businesses one of our aims it to make sure the footage conveys as many messages as the script itself.
There’s a lot of work that goes into creating a video like this one – we’ll meet on site with the client, chat through the video concept, look at filming locations and then head back to the office to start our script development. Once we’ve finalized the script and locked in a filming date we’ll arrive nice and early to ensure everything is set up and ready to go by the agreed filming time.
We develop a list of footage we need to capture to use as b-roll that will compliment the script when it’s mixed into the video – often wanting to illustrate different aspects so as the presenter is speaking you’re seeing what they’re describing in action.
It can take up to 4 hours to film a 3-min video like this one – just because we’re setting up different shots and working with different staff and team members at different times.
Then we edit everything together and voila – we have a fantastic website video that can be used over and over again to introduce people to the business.
